Raul is a watercolour artist and a retired engineer. He participated in many international water color exhibitions in South East Asia, Hongkong, Japan, Nepal, Canada, Mexico, Europe.
 He joined as a full member of Singapore Watercolor Society (SWS), a lifetime member of Singapore Arts Society (SAS).
 He obtained a distinction mark in Diploma in Watercolor course from London Art College. Became an art ambassador in Feb 2020 at American Watercolor Weekly, and a featured artist in Filipino artist magazine. Raul is a previous Singapore country lead of InArte Fabriano In Acquarello - Italy, the largest and prestigious art organizations in Italy.
