Raul is a watercolour artist and an Engineering designer by profession. His passion in arts developed at very young age. In 2013 he joined Urban Sketchers Singapore that nourished his inner being of deep interest in arts. Despite his job in the field of engineering, he pursues arts parallel to his work. He participated in many international water color exhibitions in South East Asia, Hongkong, Japan, Nepal, Canada, Mexico, Europe.
He joined as a full member of Singapore Watercolor Society (SWS), a lifetime member of Singapore Arts Society (SAS), & IWS Globe & Philippines.

He obtained a distinction mark in Diploma in Watercolor course from London Art College. He became an art ambassador in Feb 2020 at American Watercolor Weekly, and a featured artist in Filipino artist magazine. Raul is a current Singapore country lead of InArte Fabriano In Acquarello - Italy, the largest and prestigious art organizations in Italy.
