Born in 1964. After years of working in the graphic design line and language teaching industry, I’ve come to realize that it did not give me joy and challenge compared with the paintings that I did. Fine arts gives me a much greater space to breathe and allow me to express my personal feelings on the surrounding issues.
In 2000, I decided to switch tracks and start creating art, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Curtin University of Technology. After experimenting with black and white photography, installation art and watercolor painting, I finally found my true love - watercolor art. The versatility and flexibility of watercolors provide me with diverse creative spaces, allowing me to fully express what I see, think, and feel, and to soar freely in the art world.
