Phyllis Chong is a watercolour artist and teacher who enjoys painting a variety of subjects inspired by her surroundings, both in Singapore and abroad.

A member of the Singapore Watercolour Society since 2017, she now serves as its Secretary-General, contributing to the vibrant watercolour community.

Formerly a polytechnic lecturer, Phyllis now focuses on teaching watercolour and pursuing her passion as an artist. Drawing on her teaching experience, she hopes to help others find joy and confidence in painting.

Her works have appeared in exhibitions, charity events, books like "Our Neighbourhood Series" and "Let’s Draw Singapore", as well as community magazines and postcards.

She sees art as a lifelong journey and enjoys sharing what she learns along the way, so others can learn and grow with her.
