Lezlie Neo is a Singapore-based watercolor artist with a background in Art History. Her works explore atmosphere, memory, and the quiet beauty of everyday scenes. Inspired by heritage spaces, travel, and plein air painting, she combines expressive washes with observational detail to capture the mood and essence of a place. Her works have been exhibited with the Singapore Watercolour Society and the International Watercolor Society. In 2026, she received the Rising Star Award at the International Watercolour Masters.
