Tan Siang Hon is a member of SWS since 2023. Self-taught in water colour, he is both inspired and challenged at the same time to capture the beauty of landscapes and peoples with a medium that is less forgiving than others. Yet, in all irony, it is often the uncontrollable parts of water colour and even the mistakes and accidents of some strokes that bring out the best in the art - "happy accidents" redeemed to make beauty. He has participated in SWS exhibitions since 2023.

陈上宏自2023年起成为Singapore Watercolour Society会员。他是一位自学水彩画家，在水彩创作过程中，既受到启发，也不断接受挑战，努力以这种比其他媒介更难掌控的方式，捕捉风景与人物之美。

然而，颇具讽刺意味的是，水彩最难以控制的部分，以及一些失误与偶然形成的笔触，往往反而能成就作品最精彩的部分——那些“美丽的意外”，最终被转化并升华为艺术之美。

自2023年以来，他持续参加新加坡水彩画会举办的展览。
