Florence Foo is a member of Singapore watercolour society and a  life member of Singapore Art Society, Singapore Chinese Artists' Society and the NAFA Fine Arts Alumni. She has been participating in the annual exhibitions of these organisations. In 2019, she participated in the Federation of Art Societies' Singapore Women artists' Grand Art exhibition - Thriving through art.

Having gone through cancer twice and stroke. She is grateful to be mobile and able to paint.

She donated her works to charitable organizations and participated in 1)Bright Vision Hospital 's Project Heart by contributing several artworks 2) D'holy Cross Church silent auction where proceeds went to the Clarity Association,  a charity for mental health conditions.
