Born in Singapore, Michael C M Khoo is a self-taught artist. He worked as an art director, assistant creative director and board of directors in PR and advertising agencies for 36 years.

His works were exhibited in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and China.

Michael obtained long-service awards from The Singapore Art Society and The Federation of Art Societies Singapore.
