William is a visual artist who spends his time indulging in the realm of arts and exploring concepts and mediums. He is effectively bilingual (English and Chinese) and worked with a few organisations to widen his exposure in the arts. Goh is an award winning artist who is the recipient of Ngee Ann Young Promising Artist Award 2021, 40th UOB Painting of the Year 2021, Highly Commended Award and 42th UOB Painting of the Year 2023, Highly Commended Award.

Goh has built a decade-long artistic career, exhibiting in over 90 shows both in Singapore and abroad, and participating in academic symposiums and workshops across Asia. At 34, he serves as President of the Modern Art Society Singapore (2023–2027) and concurrently as Chairman of Telok Kurau Studios (2025–2026; previously 2020–2022). He also served as Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Arts Federation (2025–2026). Goh is youngest member admitted to the Singapore Watercolour Society at age 20, Goh later served on its executive council as Assistant Secretary General (2016–2019) and Secretary (2016–2019). A graduate of the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), he is committed to engaging youth and communities through art. As an artist and art researcher, Goh contributes to the field through publications and research.
