Florence Foo, member of Singapore Watercolour Society, and a life member of Singapore Art Society, Singapore Chinese Artists' Society and the NAFA Fine Arts Alumni.
She has been participating in the annual exhibitions of these organisations. In 2019, she participated in the Federation of Art Societies' Singapore Women artists' Grand Art exhibition “Thriving through art”.

She completed an orchid painting for the D'holy cross church auction, raising a total of $12,000 with proceeds donated to Clarity a charity for mental health conditions.
