You are to submit 3 recent original watercolour paintings with your online application. We may ask to see your actual paintings if there is a need.

There are 4 application periods per year as follows:
1 Jan to 28 Feb
1 Mar to 31 May
1 Jun to 31 Aug
1 Sep to 31 Dec

Applications for each period will be processed and reviewed by a panel of judges. Applicants can expect to hear the outcome from us in 1-2 months’ time after the application period.

Successful applicants will be required to pay a one-time fee of S$200 and an annual membership fee of S$50.
