In Chung Cheng High School, we had great art teachers who inspired us to love arts. From 60 years of age, with diminished life responsibility, I joined a watercolour weekly night class taught by Artist Mr Cheng Yoke Koon. We had such great rapport with the teacher and each other that marked the beginning of my love affair with watercolour paintings. It becomes my number one hobby since my retirement .
Through art, my life is enriched with many new friends met at various art groups. We paint together plein air locally and oversea. For studio works, I prefer to paint nature and animals.
