Phyllis Chong is a watercolour artist and teacher.
A member of the Singapore Watercolour Society since 2017, she currently serves as its Secretary-General, contributing actively to the growth and vibrancy of the local watercolour community.

Before pursuing art full-time, Phyllis was a polytechnic lecturer. Today, she devotes her time to painting and teaching watercolour. Drawing on her years of teaching experience, she is passionate about helping others discover the joy of painting and build confidence in their artistic journey.

Her artworks have been featured in exhibitions, charity events, publications such as Our Neighbourhood Series and Let's Draw Singapore, as well as community magazines and postcards.

For Phyllis, art is a lifelong journey of learning and discovery. She enjoys sharing her experiences, techniques, and insights with fellow artists and students, believing that learning becomes richer when it is shared.
