Based in Singapore, Yin Yee embarked on her watercolour painting journey in 2012. Taking inspiration from the flora and fauna around her, her early works brought together her love for botany and painting.

In recent years, Yin Yee's works have pivoted to more scenic sights and sceneries with the intention to capture the emotions and memories of her experiences with her loved ones.

Her works have been displayed in the 2022 and 2023 Singapore Watercolour Society Exhibition.
